After lowering my wifes bike I realized the kickstand was to long. Finding somthing aftermarket seemed to be a pain in the ass. As easy as it was to do it myself i decided to post it for kicks.

cut off approx 1" keeping the cutting tool level to floor

cut off remaining part left on foot pad

Clean the paint off area to be welded and a spot for the ground

line up stand and pad so it can be welded

weld pad to stand and clean off slag

I wish it was my garage.. well its actually better than me owning it .. i dont pay for heat or tools and can use it anytime I want .. My friend owns the garage and lets me use it for whatever..:)

It was ressurected by someone else so I think I'm pretty safe posting here. And I wasn't referring to his wife, just chicks in leathers as a general statement :slap:
