Nope - sold it just before the end of the season last year. Now its just the RSV-R and the 748S... and I'm toying with the idea of selling them both actually.
:( Selling the Aprilia = Not good.

I may just do that actually - as Kane 'll tell ya, 'prilers are great bikes, but their resale values SUCK!

You aren't kidding. They are too niche' market and the last few years of shitty support has really put a hurt on them. Piaggio has their work cut out for them to get the Aprilia name up to snuff again. I plan on keeping mine and just riding the hell out of it. She is ready to kick over 17,000 miles this weekend and still running tops.

That was the last time that happened. How embarassing. I love my bike but it does have a few electrical quirks.

Had a guy come by to take a look at the 'priller.
Well, first we had set up a time for yesterday morning at 9 AM. I go outside, take the bike out of the garage and warm it up, etc. 9:30 rolls around and nothing, so I'm thinking WTF? Then I call the guy and he says that he forgot. Whatever, I ask him if he wants to re-schedule for today. He says sure, how about 6 PM today, I say fine.
Fast forward to today at 5:45, when I go out to warm the bike up. He shows up at 6 PM, as we discussed. He takes time to look the bike over, sits on it, I tell him about what the bike has, etc. Then he asks if he can take it for a ride. I say sure, if you give me $6500 in cash, you can take it for a ride. Then he gets kinda miffed that I won't let him ride it?!?!? I tell him that it's just too much liability for me to let someone test ride my bike without cash in hand. Then he says its OK, it isn't what he's looking for anyway. I'm thinking, then why the fuck did you waste my time...
I don't get some people.

Keep the RSV and schedule some rides with a new Mille owner :)
If you must sell and you haven't already posted there, you may want to try the Aprilia forum. http://www.apriliaforum.com
Also, with respect to potential buyers wanting to go for test rides, I suggest reading the following:

thats why when I look at bikes I ask the current OWNER to take it for a ride go through the gears and run up n down the st.....
lets me see it works and lets them stay sane.

One can also take a potential buyer as a passenger for a ride on the bike, which can of course be difficult if the bike is monoposto.
I had my F4i sold (or thought I did), but the buyer backed out the morning of the sale. I waited around for a couple of hours and then received an email (not a call) saying that he decided not to buy the bike after all, and provided some lame excuse.

No worries - thanks for passing on the word. I figure, if I can't get the 6K, I'll just take it with me to Cali. It would be a great PCH-1 bike for sure.
Glad that the HIDs came out good!
Hey I PM'd Alex, and he's a go for the Ducati garage day - said he'd host it at his place, we just need to come up with a time that works for all... let me know what weekends work for you later this month, or October.
