That's why I posted the qwest link. Cg carries it, its on your budget and it's good. Oh and comes in white.

Doesn't CG in Manchester carry Suomy? Maybe try calling them or visit their website.

Also, the Qwest is a good alternative and within your budget.

This makes a good case for the qwest. It's not exciting like more race oriented helmets but it might be better anyway; and icon is trash.
Little late to the party here I love my QWEST, I've got a clear and tinted visor with it. It flows enough air and is very comfortable even on long rides (Ice Cream Ride). Oh and it fits me better than any other I've tried on.

He's not wrong. The convenience factor is huge, especially here in CT where we're in and out of the shade all the time.

If I look down I do see past the lower edge, but it's not really a factor because I ride in a semi-tuck all the time anyway. Never bothered me.

Next helmet might be one with a Transitions visor, though... not sure about the purplish tint but I like the concept.

Transition visors are amazeballs. Once you get spoiled by it, you won't go back...

Bumping this, because I love this paint scheme: https://www.sportbiketrackgear.com/i...pricon-helmet/

Any new thoughts on Icon in the past year? This is race/TTD lid only, with a decent possibility of hitting the pavement for the former.

I thought I had seen this in the rulebook, and I was correct, but we cannot use Polycarbonate helmets in LRRS. The lid you linked to is polycarbonate so unfortunately would not be legal for the series.

7.1.7 Polycarbonate helmets are not allowed.
