This may sound like a lot to some, but it's all relative to what your used to. My year was NOT good. Trying to look at below stats, and use it as motivation to do better and have real goals in 2017.

Swim 22,000yds
Run 650 miles
Bike 2700 miles

250 hrs total activity

Avg under 5 hrs per week, kinda sucks compared to what I used to do.
Really need to work on my diet and discipline to be consistent. But not racing anything anymore, I always flip the switch from calling it "training" that I have to do, to "just exercise" that is totally optional. Hence the lack of consistency.

Good for a lot of you guys for keeping at it and hitting your goals and then some.

Yeah, well trackdays will really cut into your miles brah.

I finished with about 1400 miles on the bike. That's a 400 mile improvement on the previous 2 years. Mostly due to tracking indoor efforts.

No swimming and about 50 miles running. Have no idea how many hours a I spent in the gym. Probably averaged 3 hours a week.

So you still kicked my ass.

It might be worth doing a race every few months or so just to keep your sights set on something.

Track days (all 6 of them) should NOT effect my overall fitness

I shud hang out with different people. My racing (cycling) buddy Christmas Eve to me "well if you ever decide to get back in shape" when talking about me riding. I am old and slow. Gotta see if I can get back to where I used to be, but 2014 racing season seems so long ago.
