I go with my father every year. We go up Wednesday and are home Saturday. It's a lot more than just hanging around on the strip.

I go pretty much every year. I meet up with friends in Middletown NY (about 120 miles west of hartford off of I84...my old stomping ground) and we ride up through the kingston area on our way up. This year we're heading up thursday morning (the 4th) and staying till saturday or sunday. When we're up there we ride up into New Hampshire...it's really nice up there We also check out the vendors and spend an afternoon doing harley demo rides...I took out this $40K screamin' eagle something-or-other...what a POS for that much money...LOL it's funny as hell riding those clunkers. Last year yamaha had demos of some of their cruisers and also the FZ6 and FZ1...I took out an FZ6...tight little bike.

What's cool is that you get a lot of variety of bikes up there and every year I see cool, obscure, esoteric, interesting bikes...everything from old RZ350s to BossHoss, trikes, t-rexs, those 3 wheeled Can-Am Spyders...

Fun times
