Is it still a "mid-life" crisis at age 40?

No one expired

Like Bill said, no one has expired. He's just in a diminished capacity state. There was one time in the last 3 months he inquired about them, but since then has been in a lesser state, in/out of the hospital/rehab. The family hasn't done anything about POA or anything. On of his better days, they were able to get him to the bank to get his wife on his accounts and give her access to his safe deposit box.

They did find the key. Tomorrow I'm going over to find out what he has, and at least move them to the new house. The idea of leaving them (even in a safe that's supposedly bolted to the floor) in an unoccupied house in Bridgeport does not sit well with me.

Well, I got into the safe (they found the key) after digging through all the hoarding. (I don't understand how some people can live like that.) It's a small safe, so I wasn't expecting much. What did I find? Two lock boxes inside, probably 1-2 handguns in each. Does anybody know where the keys to the lock boxes are, though?!
