Don't be a slave to the scale. It should be all about how you feel. I go up and down like a yoyo between 177 and 190 and there isn't a particular weight that feels better than any other.

Gauge yourself by your accomplishments. My training regimen was getting to be a bit too much. I was doing a fairly hard workout (cycling, outdoor skating, indoor skating, spin classes) 7 days a week almost every week and started getting burnt out.

You need at least one rest day. It doesn't have to be a complete rest day, you can do an active recovery day with a slower paced walk. Something for your body to recover from your harder workouts.

As for the running, increase your increments slowly. Maybe as small as a single utility pole added per week. You'll get there.
