Track your calories with something like Livestrong's MyPlate if you're struggling. Single, easiest way to cut weight IME.

Went ahead and bought some snacks for work so when I don't defer to cream and sugar with a little bit of coffee.

Mostly yogurt, pistachios, edamame, mixed nuts and oatmeal for breakfast. Now I know why I got fat.... This shit isn't cheap! How the fuck does Bill stay in shape!?
