Friggin animal eric!!! My only critique it's hard to tell (shadows/lighting) looks like your back was slightly rounded as you started to tension for the pull. Also that snap in your arms as you pull like your anticipating the tension of the weight. That's a good way to pop a bicep.

I know it's the end of your heavy cycle of lifting and you've been killing it! But still want to see you lift smart and avoid injury!!!

Thanks Brian! Lmao that 555 pull you might as well call me the Hunch Back of Notre Dame! I was exhausted when I pulled that and form was completely broken down. Generally back is strong and for most part flat, a little rounding isn't necessarily bad but on that pull was excessive. As for the snap Im aware of it, I have a tendency to do that on the deadlift bar mainly for pulling the slack out. I know not the best but usually its not as exaggerated like on the 495 pulls where its more seemless.

Yeah just friendly critique. You know what your doing justvdont want to see you send a disc into orbit or pop a bicep, otherwise other lifts looks great. Expect to see even bigger numbers for 2018!!!

I strained my fucking achilles like two weeks ago and haven't been able to run since. I'm going crazy.

Nah, got super drunk last night and sprinted around Hartford a little bit. That seems to have fixed it lol. Fucking strangest thing. I was fully expecting to wake up and not be able to walk. Woke up feeling like a champ.
