15 is pretty low... you'd have a decently defined 6 pack there... not too many people are 15 or less bf.

I had less than 7% when I was measured last in high school. No abs were there haha.

I'd be willing to bet that your test number was wrong. Under 7 is absurd. The fittest fitness models usually stay around 8-10... sometimes dipping below that for a week or so at a time.

I hear what you're saying..but that's what I tested at. Couldn't drop weight that entire wrestling season because of it. Captain of the team that year tested at 6%...kid was insane. Could see every muscle.

Maintaining single-digits is almost impossible. When you see bodybuilders on stage, they're around 3-6% BF and they can't maintain that. Not to mention that it's unhealthy.

You can take several tests and get different results. There's not one proper/conclusive test. If you're around 20%, you're fine. I wouldn't sweat it.

15 is not low depending on body type. Up to until almost my mid 30’s floated around 12% with no cardio and nothing special about diet besides high protein and eat everything in front of me. Pure guess but would say I’m around 16-17% now with not lifting for several months. Everyone’s different. Think we’re just to indoctrinated to people being overweight here in the US. Like Boris stated, BF tests are like different dyno machines. Back to back tests using different methods can and will yield varying results.

My metabolism was ridiculous and wrestling is a crazy intense sport.
