Its a gov job so its only as stressful as you make it, and more secure (+benefits) than any other options out there.

Might want to be careful with the volume. I remember reading that prolonged headphone use can have an effect on hearing, even at lower levels that you would not think would cause hearing damage. I'll try to find the article.

Here's the thing, they are actually hearing protection with little speakers/ radio / bluetooth built in. There are much louder sound sources in the shop so these are on my head mostly all day as proctection, and usually at a reasonable volume do to the built in smart sound control
