Reruns of Carol Burnett on retro TV.

Seriously... that's some of the funniest shit ever.

My wife has been binge watching "this is us" for the past 4 days or so.

Itís not like I donít veg out to video; Iím addicted to YouTube on my iPad. My son moved out and took his tv with him around Halloween and we literally havenít turned on the rear projection we still have from before he got his...the only time I use the app on my iPad that has tv is to watch (every, almost) bruins games, or once in a while the Pats.

When I was a little kid, I loved the library...but would always go to the non fiction sections to learn stuff, not the fiction section with made up stories; itís the same with YouTube vs TV, Iíd rather watch a video about how to operate Reaper sound mixing software, or how to play better dobro, or whether I should pay the Jeep dealer to install a crankshaft position sensor or do it myself, than watch some fantasy made up by people who I increasingly cannot stand and do not want to support with my viewership. Fuck Hollywood, and long live individual geniuses with a video cam and a YouTube account!

To answer your question directly, Tonight at 9:30 will be playing my dobro in a invite-only annual bluegrass jam with a whole bunch of absolute rippers who Iíve met thru festivals, out in the hills of way western Mass...plus Iím in 3 bands right now and some other situations as well so thatís been keeping me real busy. Itís nice that itís free, you can do it all winter, and falling off and going to the hospital is extremely unlikely.

I think we're going to do a month without any TV sometime in the next few months. I'll let you know. My guess - lots of reading, guitar, and working out. Plus knitting for the wife. But actually - at 9:30pm on weeknights, I'm getting into bed.

I've pretty much replaced all my shows/movies to strictly sports and PS4 with some of my friends. Better use of my brain cells and it's soooo much more fun to kick back shit talk to your friends without having to leave your house. It's still screen time though.

TV is a great back ground noise for me

I like blue grass, I always regretted not having a sister

Mostly what Gary said, but with a mix of video games in there as well

I only have a few TV shows I watch throughout the year and none are in season right now. So I watch YouTube vids, play guitar, or video games.
