Had both replaced in 2015. The flexion # Will vary but I have a lot more than my natural knees had for the last 10-15 years.

Did not ride at any speed for a full year, just dirt bikes and back roads.

Procedure done Tuesday morning. Now that the nerve block is wearing off it hurts like hell, but the PT says I've got really good range of motion for this stage. Fingers crossed... I really don't want to lose this season.

Yep. Before the nerve block wore off it was well over 100 degrees. Want to say 110+ but I'm not sure. Gotten a lot stiffer since. PT says I'm doing well.

that’s good motion. keep working on those quad stretches/CPM and get rid of that joint effusion as quicly as you can.
