5% into 401k that is matched by my company. I also have a pension through my company. I haven't contributed to my Roth IRA in a while.

I used to do 15% which was matched by at&t. Now that Im self employed I haven't done bupkis in a while My rollover IRA is just sitting there

$5/hr automatically into an annuity fund via my union...I can divert it into stocks/bonds, high risk low risk etc etc.....since I am relatively "new" I do high risk/more reward for now. That will change as he years go by and as I get closer to retirement I will be less aggressive

You can't afford to wait any more days. C'mon man! An enrollment form takes 5 minutes to fill out. And at the very least, a 3% contribution into a pre-tax retirement plan doesn't even change your take-home pay! Plus, at 3%, you'll be able to take advantage of about half of what your employer will contribute.
