Default Cheap Dual sports for screwing around with your friends

What should I be looking for?

Should I stick to something sub 300cc or go with something like a klr 650 which are pretty bulletproof. But also kinda big.

Joe something smaller. A big bike is a lot to handle in the woods. Mike's xt is exactly what you should be looking for. I'd take him up on that offer to try it out.

I love that it took all of an hour of me calling you out for a thread to appear here!

Truthfully, I wanted something smaller but the deal was good so I did it. I figure worst case I flip this for a smaller bike if I don't like it.

See peer pressure is even worse as an adult. It doesn't go away after high school.

It's for sale mike or you use it?

once i get my full sized one you can use the KX100 if we go to thomaston. it will be MORE than enough to hurt you. you break a part you replace it.

Any recommendations on DOT knobbies.

I plan ~90/10 dirt roads.

Chris, Dunlop 606 is a common one. On my klx400 now, like em.

Joe, the size bike is an endless debate. For people like me and smutty who live pretty much next to good dual sport riding, it's smaller the better within reason. But they aren't great for long hauls on the street.

Kx100 would be miserable for a dirt noob.
