Anyone catch that idiot in full leathers riding down 84 just now in that torrential downpour lol...

That was me hahaha. Had an epic day of riding started at 6am looping out into NY up to VT and back down just shy of 500 miles for the day.... All fun and games till I cut through West Springfield to see my bro and the floodgates opened up. Still a fun day even though I was soaked to the bone

Took Jake out yesterday for his first “out of the neighborhood” ride. Did Madison to Milford mostly on RT1. He did good, was @70mi round trip. Had discussion afterwards about it & he said “I know what you mean to assume that everyone is out to kill you” and said that he was exhausted from the ride (long for him). All in all was a great day, had breakfast at Pop’s on Old Gate La. went to see my mother and headed back. It was hot as balls so I squidded out and tossed my jacket in my saddle bag. His jacket is perforated and he said that as long as we were moving it was fine.

Let us know how long it takes your leathers to dry out.

Last time I got soaked it took about three days....

It rained for five minutes north of Hartford. I don't think my gloves even had time to get moist from that.
