Default FS: 1960 BMW R60/90 w/sidecar

I know this is the wrong place but I might as well try all available avenues.

For Sale is my 1960 BMW R60. Details follow. BoRn price is $4500.

1960 BMW R60 chassis
1975 BMW R90 engine (900cc)
12v conversion
Dyna III electronic ignition
Heads have been drilled and tapped for dual plugs, all it needs is new coils and two extra wires to complete the conversion

High capacity touring tank (has a small leak near the top, can hold 4+ gallons without issue)
Denfeld solo seat (purchased new last year, not NOS)
Paint and bodywork is in bad shape, some surface rust, dents, dings, etc. No rot though
Tires are ok, no dry rot but they're definitely older
Dnepr sidecar
Sidecar brake assembly is complete but there is no cable connecting it to the bike so brake does not operate
Includes spare wheel and tire (tire is worn)

Work done in the last 12 months:
New wheel bearings and spacers in all four wheels
New front fork bearings
New brake lining front and rear (additional lining material and rivets included with purchase)
New battery (automotive, mounted in sidecar)
New tire inner tubes on all four
Valve adjustment
New valve cover gaskets
New fuel lines
New fuel filters
Carbs cleaned and rebuilt (probably need to be cleaned again)
New throttle cables
New brake cable (front)
New clutch cable
New choke cables
Throttle cam rebuilt
Front and rear drum brakes cleaned and rebuilt
Timing statically adjusted
New spark plugs
Transmission and final drive oil changed

Include: Several oil filters, Separate service manuals for chassis and engine, several additional new small parts that I never got around to replacing on the bike.

Current condition:
It's been sitting for several months now so the carbs very likely need to be cleaned again. As such I don't know if it will start or run at the moment. That said, many have seen it out on tuesday night rides and can attest to how well it ran prior to sitting. I continued to have an issue getting the idle set properly which is not uncommon and Ching was going to help get it right since there is a bit of an art to it but that didn't get done. I'm sure he would be willing to help the new owner if he was asked nicely.

Pictures are available if anyone is seriously interested.
