The bike recently had its second service which includes an oil change, tire pressure check, chain adjustment, etc.

Ive got the same bike minus the exhaust and gel seat... its an amazing bike. Wish this was sale 2 months ago when I was looking for one. Yours is $1k less than I paid for mine with a little bit lower miles.
