Just if that youíre slightly more than passive and explore other options you can see better returns.

I think being solely vested ďin the marketĒ is a horrible idea and weíre mostly on the younger end of the spectrum where we can be a little more active with investment opportunities

That rate is including dividends and not inflation adjusted.

Also at the end of the day this is still also theory and flights of fancy for the moment.

And on the 2 million thing if you have that kind of capital and your financial goal is to live off of it you should be looking at investments other than the market

Patio and a garage and something youíd want to live in? What is it made of cardboard?

They’re beautiful. But I’ve never seen a layout that’d work for me. Our octane 222 was the first we really liked and we jumped on it.

This guy is in the site next to me. I’d never even herd of the brand. Pretty freaking cool until you see the price tags.

Today i made a customer pay to get their car detailed. (at a super discount)
    shes pissed off.

customer has a new car that they have owned a less than a month. its back in for work and when i came in last night it smelled awful, i asked her what happened and she said her kid blew chunks all over the back seat/carpet. i tried to cassually slip in a detail for her but she wasn't interested.

this morning my shop foreman is going to work on the car, and refuses to, due to the smell. So i call her and explain the situation and she got supper defensive. Her line is yeah when the kids barf she just parks it in the garage and lets it air out. (wtf you nasty fucking bitch!!)

Like the least you could do if your kid yacks in the car is go to a coin-op and use their vacs, amirite.

so shes like im so shocked, that your telling me we wont work on her car. to which my response is yes. its disgusting, and since an issue the tech has to work inside the car on the floor chasing wiring harnesses and dosent want to lay in that shit. Plus you know it is the 2nd day of summer and that shit smells AWFUL. I was like if you want to come and take it somewhere to have it cleaned your more than welcome. but since she lives so far away its a pita to bring back my loaner and swap into her nasty ass car.

Working in the automotive industry even though the number of privately owned cars I deal with is small. I’m astounded with how aweful people keep the interiors of their cars

Things I e found In cars when I used to do collision
    Dildos
    Half eaten sandwiches
    Used tampon.
    Drugs
    Guns
    Underwear with skid marks
    Bullets
    Used diapers
Breathalyzer that I had to use to move the car
    Used handkerchiefs everywhere
Literally thousands of cigarette butts in the same car
But the worst was years and years ago this girl brought in her car because she hit something and she was crazy hot. Every guy in the shop was ogling her. Then we get in the car to Move it instantly nobody thought she was hot anymore. This car smelled like diarrhea ate Indian food, shit it out and let it bake in the sun for 2 weeks with the windows up. The running joke was you can do anything you want with the owner but it has to be done in the car. Not o e guy said he’d do it
