Any new goals for everyone this year?

I made it down to 203.2 pounds, I'm happy with that, but I want to lose even more. My goal will be unrealistic, yet achievable (new baby in April after all). 180 if I'm going to stick with cycling as my primary source of exercise. Anything under 190 would be just fine.

Tomorrow is a short ride with the dog to figure out the gopro and his new fetch harness. Monday is riding with the guy JP that kicks my ass every time I ride.

The mtb is serious enough I put a feeler out and may have found a buyer for the KTM. If so, I think I want a nice hardtail to add to the 4" full squish and the old steel roadie. n+1 as they say.

My goal is to start making goals on like, Monday. So far today has consisted of drinking champagne for lunch and eating a cheeseburger for breakfast.

My goal is to get into the 200# + range with the bulk program I'm on. Currently at the biggest Ive been weight wise at 197#'s and hope that once I get into that range I can shred down a bit and stay at around 200#'s. Other than that Im thinking of doing another 12+ mile Spartan race or something of that nature this year

    Short time goal - 198 @ competition conditioning by 3/28. Long term - 212 at 4-5% body fat. 225 @ 8-9%. See how I feel.

My goal: be in good enough shape to be competitive on the track.

As such, weight is the enemy but I need strength. Finding the balance between the two is where I will be looking to get. Currently about 185-190, should be 170-175 come the start of the race season.

Cardio, cardio, cardio. Legs, core, more cardio...rinse and repeat.

Maybe I will get suckered into a spartan or some shit like that this year. Not a fan of drinking that coolaid but if a shitton of others will do it I suppose I can go for the beer.

Crossfit minimum 3 times a week
Olympic lifting at least once a week
    At least one spartan
    Possibly an xterra triathlon
All my goals are strength related (300lb back squat, 250 front squat. 250 clean and jerk, 165 snatch, 400+ deadlift, and as always, a damn muscle up)

I've found that I can no longer eat like crap and perform well at my workouts... and I really enjoy working out, so im hoping that by default, the increased workouts will clean up my snacking/diet.

Started today off with a nice hike with the wife and the pup.

Drop 3 percentage points of body fat while maintaining same body weight.

I have never ever beat my 165 snatch. I tried so hard, never happened sadly. You should be able to get all those goals.

Ive done 135 without really any technique work or development. I figured 200 was aggressive, but with consistent oly work I'm thinking I'll get 165 pretty easily.
