Hi all,

We’re excited to share information and social content for Lexus Gran Fondo, the culinary and cycling event taking place in Cape Cod over Memorial Day weekend. The inaugural event features a 100-mile ride from Lexus hotel partners XV Beacon in Boston to Chatham Bars Inn in Cape Cod, as well as 50- and 28-mile rides throughout scenic Cape Cod. For all the non-cycling attendees, we’ve also planned exclusive food, wine and experiences throughout the weekend.

Lexus Gran Fondo Event Overview
The first annual Lexus Gran Fondo will bring together Lexus’ hotel, culinary and cycling partners for three days of challenging rides and distinctive food and wine offerings that celebrate the local New England region.

Guests can begin their journey at Lexus hotel partner XV Beacon in Boston with a kickoff dinner on Friday and power breakfast on Saturday before the 100-mile ride to Chatham Bars Inn in Chatham, MA. 50-mile and 28-mile rides are also available on professionally designed routes throughout picturesque Cape Cod. Participants of the 100-mile ride will be joined by professional cyclists Christian Vande Velde and George Hincapie.

Upon arrival at the finish line at Chatham Bars Inn, riders and guests can enjoy barbeque from Lexus Culinary Master Dean Fearing and beer from the new Blackberry Farm brewery. That evening, Lexus Master Sommelier Carlton McCoy will lead a wine pairing dinner featuring Lexus Culinary Master Carlo Mirarchi. The next two days will include local rides along the Cape and exclusive food and wine experiences, including a champagne brunch, a farm excursion and preserving class, and a clambake beach party.

Lexus will provide complimentary vehicles to transport event attendees not biking to Cape Cod. In addition, all cyclists and up to two guests will receive courtesy transportation back to Boston on Monday. Tickets will be sold on www.lexusgranfondo.com and are available à la carte or through all-access weekend packages which includes a 10% discount. In addition, Lexus owners will receive 15% discounts on all tickets.

Sounds like a pretty well thought out, high end event. Pricey, yes, but that is who they are catering to. So what.

I'll be that if CVV and GH are doing it, it will be good, just because they are their. Hugely succesful guys that are ridiculously chill and nice to hang out with.
