No one is judging, I'm slow. I still like to go pedaling.

    I am old....

I have a Specialized rock hopper full suspension bought used
Recently put on 5 inch rise handlebars so body position isn't hunched

In the fall I had come up with a system where basically I always walk up any
significant hill. Ride any sort of flat obviously coast down. I get reasonable exercise and
can plan on longer rides. Little bit lame but at least something is happening

Chris you're an animal riding without any suspension on a skinny bike through case. At least I have the fat tires to soak up some of those damn rocks. Lol

My legs are absolutely jello this morning from yesterday's ride. The last two or three miles kicked my ass.

I was at Gbury res, in as super rocky/rooty area. I really need to fine tune my forks or tire pressure because even with a carbon full susp it was tossing me around like crazy.
