I'm contemplating a "ride every day" attitude for the near future. Even if it's only a quick 10 miles like I did on the trainer today. Between the road bike (trainer setup now, on the road in warm weather), the fatbike for snow/wet/dry rides and the 29er for the bulk of my dirt riding I'm hoping to pull it off for a while at least. We'll see I guess.

No way at 6,1 you ought to be as low as 150.

I'm 5,4 weighing 170. My goal is 150. I guess by your scale I should be as low as 130(?). Ffff.

Edit: just checked a chart. I would still be overweight at 150 [emoji23]

Using the BMI is worthless for anyone except the generally inactive and sedentary.

My gym wasn't any more packed than usual last night; maybe the resolutions aren't waterproof, and the rain kept them away.

    DO IT!

55min on the trainer this morning. Managed some cadence drills and 2x5min tiny tempo "intervals"

Saw some new faces at the gym yesterday. Only a handful looked like new year resolution people. Majority of the others appeared to either be gym hopping taking advantage of sign-up promotions or normally go at a different time and just had yesterday off.

My running app says I ran 113.4 miles in 2016. Maybe I'll try to beat that for 2017.

I'd like to get back up to an obese BMI, which for me at 5'8 would be >197 lbs.

Fuck me, I didn't crack 100 miles in a month once last year. Probably the first year in a long time.

Anyway, why not start with some obscene goals? 100 miles per month each month this year.

Total goal of 1,500, with a stretch of 2,000.

Hopefully all in the same shoes I've been wearing for the last 4 years, too.
