    Default Lizzy Leathers..

anyone here use them? I sent my D suit to BB for a cleaning and and conditioning also to have the inner suit stitched in it came back with paint on the shoulders which I didnt appreciate.. so...

Lizzy might get my biz assuming I still fit in either suits... any opinions?

THere's a place in Hamden next to Hawley's house "Clean Gear of Hamden" that a few people on here have used. There's a review thread on here somewhere.

I emailed him a year or two ago to get a price on cleaning a one piece, and i believe it was $50.

    Found it

I used Lizzy years ago to but the lettering on my suit. She did fantastic work and after a few crashes they have held up. And I agree that I got my suit back from BB and was not happy with the work.

I used Lizzi for alterations. Decent job. A bit pricey but I don't have anything to compare with

I have an older Dainese suit I'd like to have cleaned. It's the first and last suit I will ever buy used! The prior owner has clearly never used deodorant, it smells worse than a packed subway in London...which is why I never wore it.
Can it be cleaned, or is it a lost cause?

To elaborate. She shortened the legs and arms on mine in like 2 weeks time. Dirt cheap compared to what others were charging.
