I'd say 6-8 hours per month. I'm thinking one Saturday or Sunday a month.

    I am very cynical

    with the exception of Pachuag

These would open these spaces to MOTORIZED vehicle aca dirtbikes ??

Also advrider there is an active Pachaug group who already does trail work

If so I could do something get salt rock park on the dirtbike list

I went straight to the top. I forget what his name is now. The only reason why I contacted him is because without everyone working together, sharing what little public space we have will become more difficult. So far we have everyone but the NEMBA at the table. Originally I thought they would pony up first but both myself and the VP have reached out with no success. I just want to make it clear that moto's will not be using NEMBA trails, at the most, crossing them.

This would open some spaces to bikes, some to 4x4's, some to SxS's, some to ATV's. There is only two areas that we can really fit everyone in one space. Selecting areas for a specific use depends on terrain and trail impact. Pachaug is really Central Cycle Clubs baby but we are not ready to deal with that land yet and we will surely involve them.

Any idea of the size of Salt Rock park? OH, I just looked at the DEEP site and 150 acres is well under the acreage to build trails and a campground is right on the land which make usable land even smaller and the noise would be an issue.

I don't mind sharing, but I am not the average NEMBA member...

Nemba guys also are familiar with building trails only to have the state vcome in and ban bicycles.

True, but I'm pretty sure that sad old song belongs to the moto group.

Between work and kids a couple hours a month is all I could reliably contribute. Didn't look at the specific locations so I don't know about distance but that obviously plays a role as well. No matter what, I'd be willing to help out whenever/however I could (my equipment is limited to a half decent chainsaw and a weed whacker) and I would have no issue with a sticker of some sort that allows me access for a fee so long as that fee goes to COREC directly rather than being funneled through the state first.
