No way. That bike with two sets of wheels is worth more to me than it would be to you.

Curious, why no Boxshop? Is it just a function of the YZ being a bit too high maintenance?
I floated the endurance idea at the banquet, Brendan has already chimed in on this thread as well so I suspect that'll happen. Seems like a good mount for it.

On Boxshop, the YZ never got to the 'maintenance' part of the lifecycle. I'm back to needing to pull the motor and tear it down again to try and find a possible air leak, plus I need to deal with neither rear wheel being usable at the moment, meh. If it was just maint at this point I'd be all in, but I'm not enjoying staring down yet another rebuild, especially one where I'm not 100% certain of what I'm looking for. I'm actually starting to find some pace so I don't want to spend another year scrambling to get running and trying to diag things mid race, if I'm going to play I want to be in the fight and progress my riding.

    That's the gist anyways.
    Close.

GP is two, half hour long, grueling ass motos, dead engine start with four waves of roughly forty riders on a long track (roughly seven minute lap times) encompassing all those types of terrain.

Sprint enduro is similar (sometimes exactly the same) terrain as the GPs, but the track is broken into sections and you run three times on each of the courses, mx, woods, and extreme for cumulative time of all nine runs. They put people onto each course one at a time, roughly a minute apart so it's you against the course more or less, vs GP where it definitely bar to bar banging with some pretty varied abilities. Last GP I ran, I smashed into what appeared to be about a 14 year old female rider by accident when she tipped over in a parallel rut.

In for LRRS. Hoping to be competitive for some podiums and maybe a championship if I can keep up the progress I made last year.

Yes, and my primary goal will be to finish a full season. Tired of ending it short.

About the only racing I'll be doing is Boxshop/NEMM. I've been kicking around the idea of trying to drag home a new/leftover YZ250F and build that out as a brand new, actually competitive Boxshop sumo. Then retire the WR450 to street duty.

But the truth is that I haven't made ANY progress on plating the WR or finding a suitable YZ. And there are new financial obstacles.

    Plus this:

Which kinda sucks. Seems many/most of the Boxshop crowd I actually look forward to gridding up against are either bumping to pro or hanging it up.

    So.. yeah.. no idear.

If I have a machine setup AND renew my NEMM license AND LRRS runs that supermoto event at the classic again, I will be in instead of pussing out this time.

..And I'd really like to do a few track days on the ol' SV next year.

If you are still here, why don't you pay the garage fee you agreed to before you bailed and stopped answering texts and calls.

No pay, no respond, no show up.....

    Go fuckin garage somewhere else.

    Really dude?!?!

I paid for the exact amount of time I was in the garage so whats the problem? Didn't know you were so butt hurt over me not being able to afford to race anymore. The garage wasn't even in your name for you to even be saying a peep but thanks for heads up
