Procedure done Tuesday morning. Now that the nerve block is wearing off it hurts like hell, but the PT says I've got really good range of motion for this stage. Fingers crossed... I really don't want to lose this season.

Can you get it to 90 degrees yet?

Yep. Before the nerve block wore off it was well over 100 degrees. Want to say 110+ but I'm not sure. Gotten a lot stiffer since. PT says I'm doing well.

that’s good motion. keep working on those quad stretches/CPM and get rid of that joint effusion as quicly as you can.
